Yes, I named my AI platform T-800. On purpose.
The Terminator is what every CFO secretly pictures when someone says “autonomous agents in our SAP system” — software with access to everything and permission from no one. I chose the name as a standing reminder of the real design problem: the difficult part of enterprise AI is not making agents sound intelligent. It is making them operate within authority — predictably, provably, and with a complete audit trail.
That is the kind of system I design and build.
I have spent more than 20 years inside enterprise SAP, delivering 34+ projects for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies across automotive, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, and transportation. I saw what happens when change is introduced carelessly long before AI made it possible to introduce change at machine speed.
That experience shaped my engineering approach: governance first, capability second. Identity and authorization boundaries. Controlled tool access. Explicit cost and execution limits. Human approval wherever risk requires it. Independent verification of consequential results. Audit evidence that can survive technical, operational, and compliance review.
I am currently developing two independent SAP-focused platforms, both built hands-on from the ground up and designed for deployment within governed, clean-core-compatible SAP environments.
T-800 is a working CAP/Node.js demonstrator for governed SAP ticket processing. It turns an unstructured support issue into a structured diagnosis and recommendation, records the evidence and tool activity behind that recommendation, and routes the result to a human reviewer for approval, rejection, or a request for additional information. The current demonstrator uses synthetic data and deterministic tool contracts. The integration boundary for SAP BTP, ABAP RAP, customer knowledge services, and live SAP evidence collection is defined for a future customer landscape.
T-800 does not pretend that an LLM is a security boundary. Authorization, policy enforcement, execution limits, human decisions, and audit evidence remain outside the model and under deterministic control. The model can assist with reasoning; it cannot grant itself authority.
SafeBridge S/4 applies the same principles to ECC-to-S/4HANA migration. It is an active, specification-driven implementation of a governed migration control loop in which Maker agents produce work, Checker agents verify it independently, evidence is preserved, and humans control release decisions. The current milestone operates locally with synthetic migration data. Productive SAP connectivity and customer-landscape integrations belong to later, explicitly governed stages.
I work independently and hands-on. I personally own the architecture, specifications, implementation direction, acceptance criteria, validation, and release decisions. AI coding assistants may help execute bounded development tasks, but accountability remains with one person. If a client asks who designed the system, who approved its behavior, and who can explain its controls, the answer is a name—not a rotating delivery bench.
AI is coming to SAP systems either way.
I make sure it asks permission first.

Andrew and I worked together on a large FP&A solution engagement which involved a significant amount of complex technical challenges. His focus is always on getting the job done in the best possible way. He is patient and tenacious. Consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable in SAP space and AI technology.
SAP Solution Architect - R2R - EPM
It was my great privilege to have Andrew on my team at the PwC Solution Delivery Center and on other projects. He has a passion that drives him continuously explore new ways to solving problems and new ways of applying technologies. He takes a holistic approach to designing solutions by endeavoring to understand not just the requirements, but the intent of the business need driving the requirements. With this understanding he works diligently to find solutions that meet and often exceed the requirements while providing maintainable solutions that are delivered on time and on budget. He establishes himself as a trusted adviser very quickly on every team to which he is assigned. I would welcome him as a member of my team any time.
